  • I really hate to be "that person" but here goes nothing. So, while the ambiance is great and I LOVE complimentary drinks, considering the expense, it was just ok to me. I had a pedicure and manicure completed at J'Adore and it has only been one day and one of my toenails is chipped. One day...really?! And I am ok with no reservations on Friday and Saturday, but considering those are probably the busiest days, there should be some sort of organized system when people arrive to be serviced. I, fortunately, arrived early enough on a Saturday morning before it got insanely busy, but when 11:00 came and the door began to revolve, there was no system to determine who was next to be serviced. It boiled down to asking patrons "were you here before XYZ", and left many people disgruntled (rightfully so) because some were being serviced before others. Then, in the midst of the busyness, because there were so many people at the manicure table, my manicure had to be done as my pedicure completed. Somewhere along the way, it was lost in translation that I would be getting a manicure as well, so the employee had to complete my manicure without the stability of a table/ledge because of the aforementioned issue. It was not a big deal to me, but might be for someone else. All in all, the ambiance was great. If you come on a Saturday though, come early or you may experience some inconveniences. Again, this may be fine in some places, but when I pay $80 for a manicure and pedicure, I expect a seamless and excellent process.
