  • After the initial project was complete which went beautifully, we called for follow up on some settling cracks on the Ramada. We had spoke with Travis about 4 months ago and he promised to repair cracks the following week. We really just want the cracks repaired. Otherwise the overall look of the landscaping and pool, Ramada and pergola is fantastic. Too bad their follow through is so poor. We are not sure where to go from here. They had done the model home in our Taylor Morrison subdivision and it was beautiful. One of our reasons for choosing them. But buyer beware, no follow through. PS we have left him Travis multiple messages at the contact number he gave us to no avail.
