  • We have used Homejoy twice. Jessica was so good the first time, we requested her for our second too. She has arrived early both times and was very friendly. We left the house both cleaning times and feel completely comfortable with her in our home alone. The house looked and smelled great both times. We will book her again. The Homejoy website booking process is simple and quick. I like that you can add extra tasks to the price, as needed. All payment is done electronically, including tip, once the cleaning has been finished. It would be nice if more profit went directly to the cleaner and not to the business.
