  • UPDATES: (Upgraded from 1 star to 2 star review... property is getting SLIGHTLY better but I would still consider other options) Do not move here. I am a current resident and this place sucks. Kids run amuck throughout the property with no parental supervisor, they run through the parking lot and don't look for cars. I've seen a couple almost get hit. They break stuff, damage the property. They broke a swimming pool glass table and throw rocks in the pool. I am warning you, do not move here! READ MY LENGTHY REVIEW!! Property name has changed from Silverwood to The Boulevard Apartments (Still isn't being reflected on the AMC LLC website yet) Maintenance, terrible. I've put in work orders, only for them to be closed shortly after for no reason. Just recently put in a work order around May 2017 and it still hasn't been worked on. It's simple stuff too. Recently went into the office and they told me supposedly two maintenance workers quit or left the property so they are down to just one worker. Recently (August 2017) a new Maintenance Supervisor started here, let's see how long he lasts. I've since requested my work orders to be closed since it will never be fixed. Management: Well there's been a bunch of changes within the last 4 months. Rosa was an assistant manager, and she quit. May was the manager and she stepped down to an assistant manager but was working both positions until they hired a new manager. They had a new manager named Renee start in June 2017, but then after a couple weeks he couldn't handle the property and left. Then there was a new manager named Angie start, I spoke to her and she swore up and down that she wasn't going to leave and she would do all this "stuff" to fix up the property. She lasted about a month before she quit. And just recently (August 2017) the property got yet another new manager, her name is Destiny. Hopefully she can fix up the property and get the riffraff out, the people that cause problems and break stuff. Trash: The trash areas ALWAYS get full and are overflowing with trash. Couches, mattresses and furniture is dumped when people move out. Trash always ends up on the ground when trash crews come to empty it all. Trash always stinks (more than usual). Parking: You can officially call Ashley's Towing to request someone to be towed from your parking space. Ashley's Towing will ask that you either have your lease that indicates which parking space you were provided, or to email them the info they request. People park in other residents spaces all the time, but now you can finally tow. Thank you Destiny for making the change to allow residents to do something about it. Entry and Exit gates, they're always breaking!! They get fixed and less than a few days later they're stuck in the open position allowing just anybody to drive through. Gates have been broken for more than a month already and doesn't look like they'll be fixing it anytime soon. Gates were fixed around August 2017 but September 2017 they broke again. Both entry and exit gates are currently broken. Spa is back up and running but for how long until its broken again. Pool: The pool just recently got drained. 2nd time this summer. Most of the pool furniture is all ripped and damaged. Doesn't look anything like the photos one of the AMC corporate people took. Edit (September 2017), all the pool furniture was either replaced or repaired. Pool was refilled. Flooding outside: Outside of the pool there is a major leak that pours water near the pool onto the rocks. Work orders have been put in but has yet to be fixed... As of September 2017, the flooding has since stopped/been repaired. Utilities: Always averages $100 a month for Water, Sewage and Trash. The more water people use on the property the more it will go up. Doesn't matter if your unit you use a little bit of water... Occupancy is currently at 90% from what the leasing agent told me. Can't wait to leave this place. Won't be renewing my lease here that's for sure. There's nothing good to say about this property. I don't think there is any good place to live in Las Vegas that is affordable. If you can afford it, move to the nice areas of Summerlin, Centennial Hills or Henderson (yes problems can exist in those areas too, but less frequent). DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
