Bought Beaulieu carpet and I reported it defective on the day of installation. The manufacturer issued a credit to the store within two weeks, then it went downhill from there. I picked carpet after carpet and each one was either no longer in production, or not available in the color I wanted. I even went as far as to contact Mohawk myself to see if we could get the store an updated display.
We compromised to the point of getting Shaw carpet which we didn't really like, and the color was on back order. Three weeks later we were advised the color was again delayed, so we picked a color they actually had. We are now into the tenth week and the installers didn't show up on time. After about a three hour delay, one guy shows up and says he's dropping the carpet off, and the installers are coming later. Seeing I cannot trust these people I refused. I guess we're going to court.
