  • Called for a clogged drain and ended up hearing about why I "needed to do" over $3000 dollars of other things. Felt very much like they use the clogged drain as a in road to upsell customers on a bunch of other unrelated work that may or may not be legit. I think this is their business model. I felt like it was dishonest and sketchy. They also removed the sticker on my hot water heater that was previously on it and placed a giant sticker promoting their company. Didn't ask at all. While one tech talked to me, another one swooped in to switch out the sticker. All in all, not a transparent or upfront experience.
