  • After your offer was accepted, there has been no follow through. No compensation has been received, and no follow-up to ensure that it had occurred. I am extremely disappointed in the overall lack of communication. This experience is now giving me pause as to what my service would be like if we were to have any issues with the product. I am extremely disappointed in not only the technicians, but the management that are supposed to ensure customer satisfaction.
