  • Do not use this company! Very disappointed! We were conned and cheated! We gave Larry half of the down for our security gate. We explained our situation with an abnormal block wall. He said, "Not a problem". We showed him a photo of our block wall and the old gate, he even drew up a new plan with the abnormal wall and said it would work. Many days later the guy that came to measure for the gate told them that he couldn't put in the gate because one part of our wall needed to be rebuilt. We were dealing with other stressful situations at that time so we decided to just give up for now and we wanted our money back. Well, guess what? They don't give you back down! Didn't we read the contract? (Why wasn't that pointed out to us before we signed?) Who does that in business transactions anymore? In all my years of hiring contractors I have never met a company that has done this. Every time we called them to ask why someone hadn't shown up, or why hasn't someone called us back, they would blame us! Long story short, many months later, we did get our gate, the block wall didn't have to be replaced! Please do not use this company. I am not happy with our gate but I am happy to be done with them! Shame on you Larry!
