  • When its fresh its the best if its not its dry and terrible. I have been a few times and you can't get better when its right off the smoker when it sits around for awhile its like a whole different place. If they could be more consistent I would give them at least 4 stars. I do love the sign they have out front for traffic passing by it always makes me laugh.
