| - I hate to be a debbie-downer and give this location a 1 star on Yelp but my experience had to be heard. I purchased a deal on Groupon with Roxanne. Tried three days to book an appointment by calling the location (Groupon had the address and phone number) and I also called different numbers listed on google, yelp and their company website. I had to leave several voicemails in order to give a call back number. Never got a call back. Finally, I decided to text message one of the number to one of the stylist who wasn't Roxanne (the number was on company website, that said call not text) BUT I had to text because I wasn't getting any answer from ANYONE. Afterwards, the person I texted gave me Roxanne's phone number and I was able to set up an appointment. I showed up 25 minutes before my appointment, I could not find the salon at all. I called the location, no answer but a voicemail. I drove everywhere within the location! I parked my car at The Coffee Bean (bought myself a quick iced coffee since I parked there) location because that was the only place that had parking. Started walking and tried finding a sign that said "Sugar free salon" ..FOUND IT after 20 mins. I got in-front of the salon where there's street parking (still no parking because every spot was taken), which I discovered after parking and getting out of the car. As I was going to enter, there was a sign on the door that said "please use back door". WTH! What back door? The salon was inside a long shared building. I walked around the whole building and there was doors to every suite with no company name! I knocked on two doors and the last door directed me to the right door. They said this happens all the time!!
FINALLY! I entered the BACK DOOR, my stylist was there.
Decided to stay calm and get my hair done. After she was done, my hair color (highlight) was not the color she said it'll be which made me a little sad. I have virgin hair! My first hair-coloring experience was terrible! Not to mention, I got my regular long layers and when I got home to style it I found a portion that was not cut correctly (it was a layer the heavy and bulky)!!! Don't come here!!! Please save your money, time and sanity!
Only PROS:
-The salon was very pretty and empty. The decor was rustic, which brought out the salon. I loved the decor.
-Friendly stylist but could use more experience. My poor hair. :(
