I went to this location yesterday and left a bit bothered. Me and my boyfriend tried to buy some oil and our cards kept declining, I knew for a fact it wasn't my card that was the issue because I had plenty of money in it. I mean, we went and bought coffee afterwards so I definitely know it wasn't the issue. I also know it wasn't the problem because we used four different cards to try to pay, two debit and two credit. The cashier continued to blame the issue on the cards. He wasn't being helpful at all and looked annoyed with us because we kept trying to use our cards to pay for the oil. I would understand if there was nothing he could do but he could have explained that to us, be more sincere about it, try to get another worker to help or SOMETHING. My point is, if you clearly don't like working with people or customer service then find another job. We had to drive to another auto zone to buy the oil and it felt like he completely wasted our time. If that's the type of attitude I'll always receive at this auto zone, I'll be glad to never come back.
