  • I came in for plants and plant hangers and while I did find what I was looking for the employees were of zero help. I literally spent about 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me to no avail till I finally waited at customer service. And for some reason it took about four employees to help one woman ahead of me with a return. This place used to have great customer service. I don't know if they are under staffed or just have the wrong staff. Back in the nursery department I asked the staff a few simple questions that none of them could answer. And yes it was all plant and soil related questions.
