  • Stayed here during business travel for 4 nights. Was somewhat disappointed with accommodations. Room had a strange smell to it. Because the majority of the guests were also there for same conference that week, I was told by the front desk that I could not be switched to another room. Instead, they sent someone up to spray something to "cover" up the smell. The hot water in my shower was not working, but did get fixed. The walls are very thin and if you are staying in a room near an elevator, be ready to hear the darn thing operate allllll night long. Very disturbing. Pool was small, but got the job done. Staff was helpful and friendly. Complementary Breakfast was ok. complementary shuttle service to and from Convention center is available which is nice. In one instance; however, we were told that we couldn't be picked up because driver was working on a maintenance repair so we had to catch an Uber instead. Would probably prefer to stay at another hotel in the downtown area.
