  • Friendly staff, but nasty seating area. The seats were all ripped, the counter was nasty and dirty looking, and just overall looked like a dump. The terminal in Cincinnati is very clean, well kept, and has charging outlets on the chairs. This was a huge let down considering ticket prices. I got there two hours early and had to sit in what looked like a dump.
