  • What is the most frustrating thing in the world? Having a contractor out to look at your not working air conditioner and to have them replace something. Only to have the same ones out for three times addressing the issue they cannot seem to figure out. Our heat pump's compressor stopped working, after replacing the fan motor, we are still having issues with it. We have had multiple visits from these guys to no avail. We are stuck with them through our home warranty. Stay away from Air Standards in Phoenix!
