I own an older model Mercedes Benz and was looking for a certain part for my vehicle. I came into the dealership. Absolutely no parking for auto services/parts. I wasn't welcomed that warmly but spoke to a gentleman with glasses. Telling him my issue and what part I needed.. He had no clue what I was talking about. He wasn't very helpful and seem to not want to help. So he recommended a part (clearly shown him a picture and gave an explanation) he then puts in the order and tells me I'll receive a call when it arrives. Passes about couple days no call but have found the part I needed online. My decision was to get a refund so I call, surprisingly my part was there but yet no phone call was made. Business is not so great. Service was poor.
