| - Expectation; admission to 3 clubs and a 1 hr. Party bus ride around town, unlimited drinks (vodka, Hennessy and champagne) and a group picture at a Las Vegas sign.
What we got:
We met at 1st bar (10:30pm) and received the introduction and instructions from Forrest and our wrist band, we were told go ahead and get a drink as is was the most affordable bar of the 3 we would be going to, we got our drinks and proceeded to hang out, after about about 10 min. were instructed to head over to the 2nd bar that was next door but could not bring our drinks in line, so we chugged them on down.
Only to waited in line for quite some time (as we were told we had to wait for all 100 people scheduled in group to arrive) we finally got in (11:10 pm) and were instructed to meet at the bottom escalators at 11:30pm to head over the the busses (super vague as there were a few escalators in the areas but we figured it out) this club was over crowded and doubt most could even get a drink in the small amount of time were were there. We gathered at the assumed escalator at the designated time and waited around again for "the group" to gather.
They took one rushed group photo of us (which I have yet to see) and then we were led to two awaiting busses. The just said "get in a bus"' there were 10 of us in our group and not all could fit , they did some rearranging and we were eventually all together (super disorganized).
We sat and waited for a bit and departed around 12:05am (a little delayed as one of our group members could not find us and we finally left with out him, not really there fault)
Our host started the music which started as upbeat and fun but soon turned to too loud (could barely hear to talk) and all one genre (his choice as he was using his phone to pick songs) I liked the music but some variety would have been nice as we were a diverse group.
Our host then started to serve the drinks, in this order. We passed down a limited amount of red solo cups, very little ice and he proceeded to walk around and pour the vodka, then the Hennessy and eventually the mixers (coke and sprite for vodka, bleh!!) There was no champagne or water available. After about 15 minutes most were ready for another drink there was no more vodka and only Hennessy left which most did not care to have. So one drink it was and it was barely drinkable. With the amount of tours they do you think the drink serving ( the biggest reason to be on a party bus) would be a little more organized.
As we proceeded we asked to be taken to the Las Vegas sign for our group photo and was told "it's twenty minutes there and then back and would not have enough time" ( you do the math, paid for 1 hr. round trip 40 min. ??) so we just drove around the strip (or more like sat in traffic around strip) after 35 min. we ended up in a back area of Mandalay Bay and were stuck there in grid lock. I inquired what was going on he said "the drive took a wrong turn" (how? why?, so many questions) once we got moving again we were taken on a picturesque tour of the back alley of dumpsters and semi trucks delivering until arriving at he the back of the Delano (at 12:40pm, again you do the math but I was grateful to got off the bus!!)
Needless to say we could not get away fast enough and onto have some real fun!!
This company does 100's of these tours a week and as a customer when you pay for an experience you expect the company to provided what they are advertising. My disappointment is overwhelming, they wasted my money and time, never again!!!
