  • Wow, wow, wow.... finally found a great wood fired restaurant in Scottsdale/Phoenix. Been missing it from S CA and boy did we find a great one. They make everything in-house (mozzarella, sausage etc) and everything is cooked by fire except for panini sandwiches. Attention to better quality ingredients and simple flavor combinations. Happy to become a regular here. Pictures: Crostini, mozzarella and prosciutto appetizers, Cesar salad, Pizzas: Dame Edna and Sofia
