  • I moved to Toronto a little over a month ago, and my eyebrows were in need of some TLC. I was just strolling along Yonge Street today when I found Alma, and I decided to pop in to see if they could fit me in this afternoon. The woman at the front desk (maybe the owner?) was an absolute sweetheart, and set me up with an appointment just an hour later. Kim did my eyebrows, and she was fantastic. She was very precise, but also got the job done quickly and as painlessly as I've ever had. I haven't looked at prices of other salons, but for $17, I was more than happy with the value for the money. The salon environment is so clean and fresh, and I felt immediately relaxed when I walked in. I'm sad that they don't offer hair services (yet), as I'm still looking for a great stylist in T.O., but I'll definitely go back to Alma for a nail service or a massage session. Overall, a great experience.
