Having been in the Phoenix area for nearly 30 years, I'd heard about Sanderson Ford many times and all the great things they do. I never really saw myself owning a Ford product, however, until the last couple of years. When time came to update my vehicle I chose Sanderson Lincoln based on knowing salesman Clay Kling personally but not closely. Like many people, for me the thought of going car shopping is on par with getting a root canal, but the Sanderson dealerships are different. I went in not knowing what to expect but they exceeded my expectations.
Clay was very patient with me as a customer who couldn't make up his mind for about two weeks. However, Clay did everything he could to make me want to purchase a car from him and the dealership he represented. He and they were never pushy, but did help guide my decision with just the right amount of follow-up. I've had my car just under a month and love it. I still feel like a "hot prospect" customer with their dedicated service after the sale. Had my first service call today for some minor issues that needed attention. All was done right, on time and done well. Sanderson Lincoln has a loyal customer in me.
