  • The ice cream is really good; the first time I went, I loved the place although prices were high like $7 for a scoop and wait was a little long. However, today my experience was awful! The wait was 20 minutes after ordering when there was no one in front of us, the GM was very rude and not accommodating. We waited for at least 20 minutes after ordering and when we asked how much longer because my father needed to go to work, we were told that it would be at least another 10 minutes. GM said best he could do was cancel our order and give us a refund. We asked for a refund for my dad's ice cream as he needed to leave and the GM said he was going to cancel and refund the whole thing because it was going to be too difficult to just refund my dad's ice cream. He was very rude about it. He also said that they hadn't started on our ice cream even though we had ordered 20 minutes prior with no one in front of us but that they only had 1 person doing ice cream so he couldn't control that. Very rude and unacceptable in my opinion.
