  • They used to be so friendly and great, but the last couple of months everytime I go, they get my order wrong, example I asked for chocolate milk and was given white milk, before we left for a trip, we were given expired milk for our kids, I didn't notice it until we were on the road, they also gave my husband the wrong sandwich. There have been other things too, but the most recent one was the last time I'll be going to that location, the the guy who took our order in the drive through was rushing and then we saw a guy run out on his cell phone right after our order, when we got to the window they tried giving us the wrong drinks until we corrected it, and they forgot our munchkins when we asked they said no one rang us up for any. I love dunkin, but that location has gone down hill, I'll have to find a new place for coffee
