  • This is one of the worst Starbucks I've been to. Employees are much less competent than at other Starbucks....not sure if it's bc the management knows they'll be working almost exclusively with students? They don't have decaf, they don't know you can give a Grande in a Venti, one woman refused to void something to help another customer. They need to be trained like the Baristas at other locations.
