I purchased a stove from Sears and it was a great stove no complaints about the stove. However, Sears uses a delivery company for all their appliance shipping. This company, which I have had 3 experiences with already is the most unfriendly, rude and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. The shipping / moving company is called SDS Inc. They are based out of Mississauga and apparently only hire incompetent and inconsiderate people. They walk in your house with their muddy shoes, they scratch your floors and yell at the Sears customers. Terrible experiences which then reflect negatively on Sears. Like I said I bought a good stove from Sears and they send jerks to deliver it. Sears should seriously consider changing their deliver company to one that understands proper customer service.
