  • BabyStacks Cafe is in my breakfast rotation for restaurants. This location is about half the size of the one over on South Buffalo but is much closer to my home. Because of its size there always seems to be a wait, even during the week but the wait is worth it. Like others have mentioned the Adobo Fried Rice is a great staple of this restaurant. They have a wonderful selection of pancakes. The fiance raves about the Kahlua Pork Benedict. He has never shared so I cannot comment on that. I would say that their garlic rice can be hit or miss. Some days it is extremely tasty but others it is very greasy and bland. The Portuguese sausage is on point though!
