TERRIBLE customer service. Condescending, rude, and non responsive. They have a cancellation policy that is only given to you once you book and pay for the trip and receive the confirmation trying to charge you $35/pp for canceling more than 48 hours before the tour. I tried to cancel within 15 hours of booking for a trip nearly 30 days out and am fighting them tooth and nail. I'm afraid I'll have to contest the charge with my credit card company! Terrible, horrible. Choose another company that focuses on making clients happy rather than collecting cancellation fees!
