  • I went to sign up for my first time today and was extremely disappointed. There wasn't a friendly person to greet you when you walked in but instead a stressed-out employee who acted inconvenienced by me. I told her I was here for the first time and had completed the sign-up form online and she just seemed to panic and said she didn't know there was going to be someone new here today. Then she said I wouldn't be able to attend my scheduled session because there was too many issues with the system. When I asked if I could be scheduled for a later session today she proceeded to act very annoyed about helping me get rescheduled. I finally told her never mind. She was unapologetic and really rude.
