  • This was a bad experience, the only reason I can here was because I had a 30% off coupon, the lady who checked my eyes was amazing but everything else wasn't. I checked my bank account and saw they taken out 2 different transactions, one was for 209$ and the other for 50$ I called and asked why and they said it was a 50$ exam fee which I thought was already included in my total price. I didn't even get a new pair of glasses I just ordered the lenses for the glasses I already have, and they peer pressured me into doing the "deluxe package" which included a pair of prescription sunglasses for free, I still ended up paying for them and i told the lady I didn't want transitions on my lenses and to cancel the sunglasses but she told me to try out the transition it would look good , that was a extra 75$. So, when I called asking if she can cancel them she said no, now I have to pay an extra $208 for just a pair of lenses which doesn't even make sense. They didn't even get my insurance and I asked them if they needed it and said no they already had it. Worst place ever!
