  • Took my two labs ages 4 and 1 to get groomed. I had never been there before. I showed up at my appt time and they took my dogs without greeting me or the dogs. All they said was see you in three hours. I picked the dogs up at the appropriate time. Once again without getting a greeting from the staff. They charged $80 for two labs and did a good job, no bandana or cute bow though. However, their lack of customer service has made me a one time customer.
