  • Awful Customer Service I showed up to the new Pep Boys Sunday evening at 5:05pm with a bolt in a tire. Their website advertised they close at 6pm. The doors were open, the manager (Jacob Deakins) was present and an employee was there. The manager told me they closed at 5pm and refused the provide service even after showing them the website saying they closed at 6pm. Never returning.
