  • I moved into my current home last Nov. 2015. In the past few weeks a few pieces of the backyard wood fencing was coming out and the gate was hard to open/close. Resifence has their nameplate on the fence as they had installed it in 2007. I happened to look on their website and it said they offer a lifetime adjustment to sagging gates. I sent them an email with my issues. I got back a short email that said "will do" from John Fountain. I followed up with him about 3 days later to see if he had indeed come by as the gate was working. He said he did and also repaired the few pieces of loose fencing. Wow, that is what I call service. Thanks John, and I will be sure to call you should I need more fence work and also pass your name along to anyone in search of a fence. Thanks!
