  • I purchased a groupon for this vendor's services. Before I purchased it, I contacted the vendor to ensure that she would book me for a specific date and time. I had an important event that evening. After she agreed to book me, I purchased the groupon. A few hours before my appointment, she cancelled on me because she was doing a bridal party and she wouldn't have time to squeeze me in that day. I was left scrambling that day to find another place that would do my hair. I ended up paying way more than I wanted to because I was forced to book last minute at another salon. Instead of offering to provide a free blow out for her cancellation, she stated that she would give me "an extra long scalp massage." I will never book with this salon again.
