We have been using condocerts for years and have always appreciated and been impressed with the excellent customer service, should we need to call and verify information and/or ask questions.
I just got off the phone with a Tina and was treated disrespectfully, with condescension, and just flat out rudely.
Tina was completely patronizing, would not let me complete a sentence, and, rather than calmly explaining the new requirements that the recent system updates has put in place, acted like my questions were a complete inconvenience.
This is completely unacceptable.
