  • I do not recommend anyone getting their car serviced here! I took my car to get serviced and had them do an oil change and fix the recalls on the car. Well 3 weeks after my oil change my car starts gushing oil and stalls out on me. I had no idea it was happening. I had to get my brand new 2015 car towed back to their service station. My tow truck guy happened to be a mechanic and checked it out before towing it in. He said that it was leaking from my oil filter and that was put in the wrong way. Well, I get there and of course they were packed and made it sound like they couldn't see my car for 5 days. The service lady was rude and spoke to me as if I was stupid for not realizing that my car was leaking oil 3 weeks after their oil change. I asked for a loaner car because she said it would be 4 days before they could look at it. There is no way she could give me a loner. Then I expressed to her that I believe it was their mistake because their mechanic botched up my oil change. She quickly pulled a mechanic to the side and had him look at. Then immediately they pulled my car into the bay and she her attitude changed quickly. She realized that it was their mistake. I asked the mechanic to make sure my engine was ok. He assured me it was even though my car sounded funny. I think they just wanted me out of there because they realized they ruined my engine! Then 2 weeks later they send me a check list of an all points inspection. It was their way of CYA. I am sorry but anyone could check off everything as ok. I will never take my car there again because they are rude and obviously can't master the simplest oil change. I paid a lot of money for my car and they ruined it within a year. In addition to that, the service shifter light came on again after they supposedly fixed it. I should gone to Brunswick Auto Mart!
