| - This review pertains to the excellent quality of service I received from the service department.
I received a letter in the mail stating there was a recall on a certain part of my Lexus vehicle and I needed to get that fixed before the DMV would allow me to renew my registration. I live in Erie, PA currently and the closest Lexus dealership is this one in Willoughby, OH. While it was difficult to make the drive over (78 miles or so), I'm extremely glad I want to this dealership. Mark Maskol gave me the royal treatment. Even though I was only going there to get a recall item and an extended warranty issue fixed, which means no business for the dealership really, I was treated exceptionally well. I was given a loaner vehicle the entire time my car was in the shop and I even had a loaner vehicle towed out to me when I was experiencing some additional, unrelated problems, just so Classic Lexus could make sure that the care was safe to drive. It was found out that the issues I was experience after repairs were made to the vehicle were unrelated, but they still didn't charge me anything.
Mark was there every step of the way, going above and beyond to meet my needs. He was always available and understanding.
The only complaint I have would be about their misleading statement, "At classic Lexus we strive for 100% satisfaction..." In truth, they achieve 110%.
Do not hesitate to make this dealership and service provider your top choice. I give them my unreserved recommendation.
