  • I think the people that own this company started it with great intention. Grew it and then added support and don't manage them well. I have had on going issues every other month, sometimes every month. Did they respond well? Yes, but it never stopped but the bills kept coming. The one thing they did for me was to make me learn about taking care of a pool because they did not do a good job.
