  • Nothing more disappointing for your 7&10 year olds to have guitar lessons set up then you get there and they have no record of it. The most lack luster apology in history. Basically a shoulder shrug and oh well, Ill get your number and maybe he'll call you or something like that that. Not the exact words, but it was seriously just a, oh hum,type of response. I'm sure they're great guys and all, but man, I'm tired of poor customer service!
