  • UPDATE: I was contacted by the staff at Suzzane's and was offered alterations for my dress at no cost. I spoke with Suzanne and she was very apologetic and helpful. I could not make the trip up to Phoenix but I was pleased to hear they care to make things right. I went to get fitted for bridesmaid dresses with the rest of the bridal party a few months ago, making our way from Tucson. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had a great time, until we got to ordering the dresses, the associate had put down my size as a 10 without even consulting with me first, I asked why she was ordering a 10 assuming she had made a mistake, she said that bridal sizes were a lot different than regular sizes ( I am between a 2-4) I was not convinced about the size despite her explanation. I decided to compromise and go with a size 8, fast forward to me getting my dress, tried it on, and you are probably guessing right:) this dress is giant on me, I will have to do alterations and although I was expecting to have to make some, I certainly don't think that sales people should try to make it an up-selling point.Fit people properly, please.
