  • I've been here twice. The first time, I was able to make an appointment relatively quickly, and the second, I had to wait months to be seen despite having just received my "due for a visit" postcard. There is a sign in the front office indicating if they are running on time, 15 minutes late, etc. up to an hour. Both times the sign has indicated "on time," although my appointments were taken at least an hour late in both circumstances. I work right across the street, so a phone call to let me know I could wait to come over until they're closer to being ready would be great and save me from wasting my time. On the plus side, Dr. Smith is just about the nicest person I've ever met, and once she shows up, the exams are quick and painless.
