  • Worst hair experience ever. First, I called and they offered an appointment a month in advance. Really??? Called back fearlessly and asked to have the next cancellation-got it right away by some strange luck. I thought that I might actually get the service that I had wanted - haircut and ombre. Technician consulted and offered to colour the hair for $40 over and above to get rid of the existing discolouration but did not provide the ombre that I had paid for in the Groupon. Went back a bit later for that service, and they wouldn't acknowledge me - made me wait 45 minutes (nasty) only to tell me that they wouldn't complete the ombre colour. Wasted 3 hours of my life. Beware those who hold Groupons.
