  • Had a car with a dead battery miles from home, stranded in a Walmart parking lot. It wasn't a huge distance, but I didn't know whether we'd need a tow or just a jump. Called Express and talked to a very friendly fellow who told me they had a $45 flat rate for the jump, or the tow back home would be about twice that, both were very reasonable for the service. The kicker was that they'd try the jump and if it didn't work, they'd just charge us for the tow, which was *amazingly* appreciated. They were prompt in their arrival and got us all squared away, as it turned out the jump got the car home but if we ever need a jump or tow again, we'll know who to call.
