  • Do not order from here and contact 1-800 flowers to ask whom they are forwarding your order to after placing it. Make them PROMISE it won't be this place. I ordered flowers that were supposed to be a SURPRISE as most are and the recipient was called and basically told she was receiving flowers. They asked her what department she was in and when she was leaving because they needed a window for delivery time. When I called they did nothing to remedy the situation, I was basically just told "I will keep that in mind for next time". To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
