  • Sometimes the dentist needs to send you out for specialty work beyond you regular dentist, and it just so happened my mom ended up here. Turned out what she had gone in for was an inflamed root and she needed a root canal. You want to talk about thorough! Dr. Shalev is very thorough. When the assistants were taking x-rays, they made sure they were just right to meet his standards. Even stating how he likes them to be done to a lady who was there temporarily. And it wasn't said in a negative way or snippy, just informative which is good. Then when he came in and was looking at the x-ray, he told the lady, "Nice job, that's a good x-ray" and thanked her. He also explained things in depth. Very knowledgeable. I stayed in the room when they did the root canal and he was explaining things to my mom, and making sure I understood too. Even making sure I knew what my mom needed to know, to tell our regular dentist! I can appreciate that. And explaining to the temp assistant during the procedure. The ladies at the front were also very kind. They greet you with a smile and if you need help with anything, they will help you. A lady couldn't find the suite, and one of the ladies met her outside to show her how to get to the office. And it was not that warm outside lol so that says a lot about their great customer service. If you need to get work done, I would recommend Dr. Shalev.
