  • Robert's was on my list of choices for my daughter's wedding at Val Vista Lakes. We had seen his catering trucks there many times and thought they must be good if so many people use them. It was the best choice we made for the wedding because they MADE the event. First of all, Robert is wonderful and so much fun to work with. I wish I could do another event just to hang out with him. He loves what he does and does it with style. The biggest compliments of the event were all about the food. Everything was delicious and the big hit was the scallop appetizers and the mac & cheese! The cake was incredible, and he brought lovely centerpieces with lit candles, linens, the cake and the bartender! Go to Robert before you start planning and he will save you a lot of work! Robert's was the best choice I made for the wedding planning. A big THANK YOU Robert!
