  • Rick was great! Even though his voice mail clearly said that "..he cannot fix the refrigerator over the phone.." he asked me about the problem over the phone and immediately told me where the problem might be and how much it would cost me to fix it. He was able to accommodate me on the same day (a Friday, which admittedly is very busy for appliance repair folks). He even called me up as soon as he got a cancellation and we could prepone the appointment. When he came in, I found him courteous, good humored and honest. Since the compressor was at fault, he gave me some good references to go by. I will recommend him.
