  • I would give this bank negative stars if I could. It's hard to write anything nice when you know that behind those fake smiles and bullshit customer greetings, that this bank really doesn't give a shit about its customers! Pardon my language but what this bank did to me should get them shit down by the federal trade commission. They just decide to shit down my account without telling me, notifying me or anything. They sent a letter that I was set to receive two weeks after the fact. Bounced checks! All of his after I have a vehicle financed through them and a credit card with them. Trying to talk to someone on the phone was the worst customer experience of my life! Seriously the worst! All I kept getting was canned answers on every single question. And it took two weeks to get the money that was in my account. Still to this day they will not tell me what happened. I have contacted the attorney general! I have contacted a lawyer, and am going to pursue this til I get answers. Every person I talked to at this branch dos nothing but give me the run around. I am warning you. Please don't use this branch. Please don't use this bank.
