  • Got the typical car dealer game from these guys. Ran us through all the paperwork while the managers were "running the numbers". One of them even told us they were offering such a low rate they wanted us to come in the office so other customers didn't hear it. What a scam. After two hours with no final price or finance proposal we are finally in with Duane the finance Mgr. He hadn't done anything and feigned surprise when we said there was no deal yet since we hadn't seen anything final. I told him he had five minutes and he gave me the most condescending look. So we stood up and left. As we left the driveway the salesman was on the phone offering us a price and terms. Wow, that was fast! Sorry sir. Go ask Duane why you lost your commission. By the way, Chapman Mazda was great.
