  • I will never buy anything from here again. I took my ring in to get fix because the tiny diamond on the side fell off again. I use my diamond warranty for this problem like I had several times in the past for the EXACT problem. Well this time the guy tried to say I had to pay $55 for labor. I said forget it and went home and read my diamond warranty which stated labor is included. I brought it back the following week and the lady there sent it in. Well I got a call from them saying the repair people wants to charge me $375 because they needed to reprong everything to fix the problem. I needed to have a "metal warranty" to fix it for free. Metal warranty?? Excuse me??!! I've had this EXACT problem fixed several times in the past without any cost since I had the diamond warranty. Are they doing that bad that they need to find ways to cheat customers into paying for ridiculous repair costs??!! Long story short I will not be buying any jewelry from this shady company ever again and recommend you do the same.
