  • A couple times a year I'm forced to subject myself to the pain that comes with getting your eyebrows threaded at 'My Touch.' No, I'm not a sadist - the only reason I come here is because of proximity and convenience when I can't travel to the suburbs for my brows. It's always a hit/miss when it comes to threading at this place. Sometimes it's decent (not perfect, but acceptable), and other times they just outright ruin the shape of my brows and leave my skin with a bunch of noticeable, bleeding nicks. Some of the ladies here even pull the hairs out one by one - if I wanted to feel each hair being ripped out of my skin, I'd save myself $11.50 and pluck them myself at home! At the very least, you could provide me some aloe gel after to soothe the area but nope - they're not even consistent in delivering that simple gesture. Honestly, save yourself some money and pain and get your eyebrows done elsewhere.
