  • Not a fan. The woman I worked with didnt communicate well. At first she was all smiles, but once i signed that i would be using the company Couldn't be bothered to pick up a phone to contact me about what was to come. While I did get a list of closing expenses which i expected to pay at closing however I did not get a time line to go with it. She has not been helpful in navigating situations and keeping me abreast of what she was doing with finances. I would get an email and before i could answer she did her own thing and royally screwed me financially for the short term. I cannot recommend. If I wasnt so far along in the process I would take my business elsewhere.
